I received my package yesterday. I ordered a folding bike for my nephew. Guys, thanks, I got it earlier than I thought and the parts are all in excellent condition. I am calm, everything is fine!
I give the company 5 stars for delivery and service. Everything went smoothly. all our orders are safe and sound. Delivery was on time.
By far the worst place to work at. I am not sure why or how some people have been pleased by working with this company. So here is the run down.
They ship items to you. You process the package and upload pictures. The send you a shipping label, you print and send out. You get paid every other Monday via paypal or an amex debit card. Remember, you dont work for them. You are an independent contractor. Easy right? WRONG.
If you work with Kate, vicky, hannah and one more lady that rarely speaks to me, you are F**KED. They give you wrong shipping labels and then blame you for being late on shipment. They dont answer your calls or messages. They dont pay you and say that payroll has technical issues. Seems to me like all the good reviews here has payments on time. I've never been payed on a Monday. Payments are always late and I still have $260 they have to pay me.
Now I will admit, I was late on my shipments about a month. No one wants to receive their shipments one month late. My reason, I had covid and again, they gave me the wrong labels. Shipping at usps was hard because they didn't accept the packages due to weight and size difference based on the parcel size. I drove in all day from 8am to 4:30, going to more than 40 different usps and only ONE felt bad and is willing to take 6 parcels and is not liable if they get returned. Getting an earful from best shop usa, I didn't care anymore so I sent it.
I had to constantly remind them that I relied on this job to be the main paying the bill because they promised $20/hr. But that doesn't depend on you, that depends on them sending you shipments.
I'm still "working" there and for about 6 months but I havent received a shipment in the past month. No notice, no messages, nothing. They still owe me $260. But remember, you are a independent contractor. You dont have benefits to ANYTHING. So as of right now, I'm going to keep bugging them about my $260 that I will probably never receive.
OH, they are probably going to say that it is because I stole an item or something or make up some dumb excuse. I havent stolen anything. Dont need to steal what they were shipping. I truthfully wished I did though because I would have gotten my full payment then or otherwise I keep it. If they dont reply to this then they will try to delete this. And interesting enough, if they reply to this, why aren't they replying to my messages, in-website messages, tickets or phone calls? Hmmm?
As stupid as I was, I hope whoever reads this review, take your chance, but don't say I didn't warn you.

I have told them the same day I found out I was positive for covid. I also told them i was in the hospital fighting or my life when i had covid. A d they still expect you to ship items. I told them to stop sending me things for a month, yet they continued. I moved to a new place where I dont know anyone within a 7 hour drive. AND EVEN IF I DID, why would I risk them to come inside my house so they can spread the virus that I had? It's alright, i have it all in my messages as well. Also, to mention again that your shipping departments PROBLEM was not my fault. So explain to me why I am the one taken in the consequences? Your shipping department gave me wrong labels and I've called many times, left many messages AND explained that the shipping is wrong but what was their response? Just try another post office or try to schedule a pickup. Thanks to this business, usps will NEVER pickup a parcel from my house because I've wasted too much of usps' time. And as I am writing this edit, they deleted my messages on my account. All they has to do was keep their word because they GAVE me their word to pay me. I still havent gotten it yet. And thank you for telling me that I am not an independent contractor. That now means I have benefits. Just pay me what I am owed and I will try to delete my reviews.
Edit #2: so now they ARE saying that i am an independent contractor. So am I or am I not? You guys can clearly see how confusing this business is. And see, theblast time they updated their response was roughly 6 hours ago. About 3AM central American time. If they are willing to respond quickly and in the middle of the night? How come they dont reply to my calls or messages anymore about payment. Also, my email has now been compromised by a bunch of companies. I dont randomly give my email away but what can I say, this is what happens when you deal with this company. Funny enough, my random subscriptions to a bunch of spam subscriptions started at 3am as well. Now if only I can post pictures.
Trustpilot, I read your "flagging response" because the business flagged my review. I assure you they have not yet contacted me.
We investigated the matter and found out the reason you are no longer receiving packages. Your contract has been terminated due to multiple violations of the terms of the Agreement. You admitted it even by yourself that you disappeared for one month. Even though it was COVID, you could make someone else ship the packages instead of you. You also disappeared several times more leaving our shipping department work with clients' negative claims alone. We had to pay huge fines because of that. We have proofs and dates. You also shipped packages with huge delays.
Please, keep in mind that you signed the Agreement that clearly states that "The carrier service is clearly indicated on the label. All the labels are valid for 48 hours, and you have to deliver the packages before the label is being voided". So you have 48 hours AFTER the label is received to ship the package.
We do not say you have stolen something or anything else. The reason of the termination is stated even in your own review.

I got a job at Best SHop USA a month ago. It was quick: I filled out the form, and in 20 minutes the HR manager called me back. It's simple - I received the package, checked it and sent it. And then we'll see.
For 3 years, I have been periodically using the services of this company, and throughout all these years, delivery and communication with the staff have left me only positive impressions.
I have been working here as a courier for six months, I mostly like my job. Pay fairly, without delays, fully cover the costs. The process of work depends on how many packages you make. And I can easily combine work here with studying, which is a hugeplus for me.
I can recommend this company for work, but as a second additional income. This is a good option, you can choose either full or part-time employment.
Due to the difficult situation that developed after Covid 19, I needed to find additional earnings .. Since at my first job, the wages are unstable. The second job at Best Shop helped me. At first I worked part-time, now I am thinking about full-time employment ..
I didn’t work for this company for long. But I'm going to continue later, as I'm busy moving right now. I informed the manager about this in advance, after 3 days, it was Monday, they paid and everything is fine.

I would like to note the timeliness of salary payments. Before that, I worked in another well-known delivery service, I will not say the name, but here the salary is much higher.
